I have read and agree to everything in this event/group's description and rules, including any specific requirements, conduct standards, or instructions set by the organizer.

PLATFORM-ONLY ROLE: Apex Dynamics solely provides technology to connect people. It does NOT organize, host, supervise, control, endorse, or vet any event, group, host, coach, or participant (unless an explicit "Verified" badge is shown, which is a limited courtesy review and is NOT a guarantee of any kind).

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: I voluntarily choose to participate and I assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, death, property loss or damage, and any disputes or harmful interactions with other participants or organizers.

RELEASE & WAIVER: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Apex Dynamics and its owners, operators, officers, and affiliates (collectively "Apex Dynamics") from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or causes of action -- known or unknown -- arising out of or related to my participation in any event or group, my interactions with other users, or my use of the platform.

INDEMNIFICATION: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Dynamics from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of my participation, my conduct, or any breach of these terms.

NO WARRANTY / AS IS: The platform and all content, listings, and other users are provided "as is." Apex Dynamics makes no warranties -- express or implied -- and is not responsible for the accuracy of listings or the conduct, identity, or fitness of any user.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Dynamics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Its total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed USD $100.

HOST RESPONSIBILITY: The host/organizer is solely responsible for their event or group, its safety, legality, required permits, and all participants. Apex Dynamics bears no supervisory or liability role.

I agree to behave respectfully toward all participants and organizers — no harassment, intimidation, threats, baiting, abusive language, or conduct that endangers others. I understand that violations may result in removal from the event and suspension of my account.

I consent to possibly being photographed or recorded at this event, and to such media being used by the organizer for event documentation, promotion, or other lawful purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, contact the event organizer before the event; where this consent is required by the organizer, you may choose not to register.
